  We require that all IP leasing customers take every reasonable measure to ensure that the resources being leased are not used for abuse. Abuse in this case refers to any pattern of behavior otherwise forbidden or discouraged by the general internet community, including spam, phishing, C2 servers, CSAM/Illicit hosting, etc. If a customer is found to be in violation of this requirement the range can be revoked, and depending on the severity of the violation, without a refund.
Some terms and conditions:
This is a revocable, non-transferable license for IPv6 usage, not an asset sale. We commit to a target of 10 years of service continuity (up to a maximum of 100 years), contingent upon our continued ownership of the range, ARIN compliance, and the customer's adherence to our Abuse Policy. This commitment is voided immediately if: (1) The customer violates the Abuse Policy (including spam, phishing, C2, or illicit content), resulting in termination without refund; or (2) We lose RIR delegation due to regulatory action, non-payment of fees, or business closure. In such events, the license terminates immediately with no refunds or liability. By purchasing, you acknowledge that 'Lifetime' is defined by the operational lifespan of this service and confirm all payments are final.
